Google Chrome
Today the Google Chrome web browser hit version 1.0!
I had tried Chrome out a few months ago when it was still in beta, and was very impressed for the most part. Unfortunately, at the time it didn’t work correctly with some parts of Facebook, so I went back to Firefox.
Now, though, it appears to work just fine on Facebook and every other site that I’ve visited with it. Chrome has some really nifty features, but the biggest reason to use it is for its speed and small memory footprint.
If you’re running Windows - especially if you’re using Internet Explorer - I highly recommend that you download Chrome and give it a try!
