Thursday I head back to Dallas for a week. I have a party scheduled for Friday (my secondary reason for coming back; I miss my babies!) that is planned to have 50 people!
I have a ticket average of $40, so times 50 people is $2000; $600 is mine to keep (30% of sales). But these are “rich” folks, so it might be more, but $600 bucks for only a few hours of work is pretty damn good!
After this party, I have the option of “going solo” which means I buy the stock myself for 10%-ish above cost and I get to keep all the profit. Which means that if I did this upcoming having already purchased my stock, I would take home closer to $1600 =)
I can also sell the stock however I want. Can you say e-bay store? =) Or I can just pop my trunk in a wal-mart parking lot! Okay, maybe not that, but I don’t have to have a party scheduled to make sales.
Next month, I already have 3 parties planned and I am sure that more will call in. Not to mention all the contacts I will meet at upcoming parties that will want to have their own party =)
Well I think that is about it, and I have been bugging Dean to make his own post about his work up here. Maybe he will have more free time while I am gone and he can tell you for himself how much he is impressing these California big dogs!

I’m sure your kitties will be glad to see you. We’re managing to keep the peace with ours, with the addition of Valerie’s cat while she’s traveling. Wennie (aka MiniKitty) has a very sweet and laid-back disposition, but she doesn’t take any guff from Pretty Boy.
Dean, hope you do let us know how the work is going! We’re curious!

Well 6 of the 7 kitties were really happy to see me when I got home, but Runty had his last seizure sometime today before I got back and it killed him.
We knew it was a possibility, so I am not as upset about it as I would have been if it were one of the other kitties. I will have my little funeral for him tomorrow. Tonight I went and got a tupperware for his little coffin and some pillow stuffing for a bed. I also had to get a shovel, as we did not own one. There were some tiny (6 inch tall) plastic picket fences on sale and I got 4 to put around his grave.
It is really weird being in this large house that I have not been in in three weeks, even more so because I am here all alone, and o top it off, one of my babies is lying in a box in the garage under the room where I am about to sleep…

Poor little Runty. He was a sweet kitty. I thought he should have been named Snickerdoodle because of his color and sweet disposition. He had a longer and happier life than he would have without your extraordinary generosity and care for him.
