So Dean and I are planning to go to ren fest Oct 20-21 during pirate weekend. Today I got our costumes and all sorts of feather to make us some pimp pirate hats yay!
Below is the one I got, but I am adding a long black skirt underneath to make it Renaissance. It will also double as our costumes for all the various Halloween Parties we will be attending.
Dean’s looks great too. His is a red ruffly shirt with a black leather vest that has the most awesome shoulder blades. We will match and he looks so HOT in the outfit, better than me I think!
So who’s in to go with us that weekend? Val, Wade & crew, Harriet, Phil? I think Molly and Holli will join us, but the more the merrier!

that outfit is le hot! I like it. You’ll have to take pictures so I can see how it looks with the long skirt.
My roommate actually wanted to go that weekend to celebrate her bday, but I had already bought tix to 2 shows for that weekend, so we’re going 2 weeks later and camping out!! Very excited.
And congrats on the job! hehe

Yes we will be in Leroy for the festivities. I think Grandma would kill us if we missed it!
We will also take a lot of pix over the 3 times we will be wearing them!

So does that mean we are looking for you guys next weekend? That would be nifty. I’ve got a really busy weekend of church activities — stuff going Friday evening, a meeting from 9 to 3 Saturday, and a concert on Sunday at 7pm. But ya’ll are always welcome!

We will be there at least one night, with the other staying at Molly’s, depending on what day we go to the fair. I will call Molly and see what works best for her (she works some Saturdays) and give you a call with an update.
