Well it stormed and flooded here the last 2 days. So much so, mama kitty brought her kittens to the second floor. Our upsatirs neighbor Melessa came and got Dean and they brought them here. So now we have 4, four day old kittens. Two white and two gray, very tiny. I can fit all 4 in my cupped hands.
I will post some pics later, or get Dean to.

Clearly, you guys need to find a house out in the country so you can run your own animal rescue operation.
Where’s Mama Cat? Gosh, don’t kittens that young need to be nursed?

Oh we nurse them. The first 4 days are the critical ones to get the colostrum, and they had that. They are doing just awesome. They nurse and pee like they should. It is like feeding piglets; they fight over the bottle! Dean is doing it with me, and he s great at it.
Him and I will be able to get them fed every 2 hours like they need to be. I usually don’t go in until 3pm, and they won’t have a problem with me coming home once to feed them and then Dean will be home in time for their next feeding.
When I retire, I do hope to have a feline rescue organization because I love cats so much. I just wish I could catch the mama to fix her so she can live out the rest of her life in the wild with out adding to the feral cat population.
In about 5 weeks, I will be looking around to get them homes so by the time they are wined, they can have a place to live.
