Here is my work schedule. I am taking off the 24th and 25th and moving those days around for a short trip back home. I already have the 23rd and 26th off, so it will make it a 4 day trip. The first day they said that we can change our schedule around if we need, so I took them up on it. It only cost $200 and I get four days at home, and since this is a big time of year (Valentine’s Day, Dean’s birthday, Holli’s birthday, and our anniversary) so it is worth it. Plus I miss the kitten!

Looking at your schedule, it seems that up through this weekend, you are rotating through all the diffent types of work in the restaurant — and from Monday on, you’ll be doing manager-type work. And a test at the end! Have they given you an idea what that test will be like?

Yep, we basically have a harder version of the test as homework that we do throughout out time there as we rotate through all the positions.
They don’t include portioning on the test and I was told it was easy. One only needs a 70% to pass.
