I was looking through old pics on my computer that got me questioning my current weight gain. I t was comparing these 2 in particular:
The first was from 2002 at 100 pounds (a little low) and the second was this year at 130 (a little high). I want the average of the 2 at 115, but I am too lazy to work out. George, you need to be my fitness coach since you go to the gym every day!

We should play more Dance Factory together!
Also, I should be getting my Wii this week sometime, so we can play Wii Sports and such together and see if that’s good exercise.

Hi Kaston … I think you’re looking pretty good as you are. If it were me, I wouldn’t go lower than 120 but that’s just me. I know several (mostly women) who go to the gym for primarily weight loss reasons and they don’t lose that much weight. You have to combine that with a proper diet … it will take both Kaston. Start with some walking, then jogging and add as you get comfortable. It shouldn’t hurt.
Have fun.

PS … don’t forget that it will come off everywhere … thighs, stomach, butt, breasts …

I’d like to lose about 10 pounds myself, especially if I could choose where the pounds would come off. Especially if I could do it without missing any tasty food. I just can’t get motivated enough to bother.
