If they have a cran-something-or-other, it would be all-juice, if not all cranberry juice. I don't know that sugary drinks would contribute to a urinary tract infection or not, but if it doesn't clear up in a day or so, get to a doctor. We have lots of 100% juice available ... I know because I read the labels as well. But 100% cranberry? But I think thay add other juices to cranberry because the taste would be too bitter.
